Destination Selection
You can choose to send only to email recipients, only to fax recipients or to a mixture of both.
Some media destinations only accept fax, some only accept email, and some accept both.
If you want to reach as many media destinations in your selection as possible, we recommend you select Both Email and Fax.
If you choose to send to Both Email and Fax, we will send an email to all media destinations who have a preference to receive email or have expressed no preference. All other media destinations in your selection (ie recipients who don't have an email address or have expressed a preference to receive fax) will instead receive a fax. If you choose this option, TWO broadcasts will be submitted - one for email destinations and the other for the remaining fax destinations. We will send your media release to each media destination in your selection only once - either by email or by fax.
