Success Reports

After the completion of your broadcast you will receive an Exception Report: a report showing the Job Number and specifying only those destinations that could not be delivered and the reasons: i.e. Broadcast Error Codes.

This Success Report will remain in Your Broadcast History for the next 28 days. Within that period you will have the option to Resend-Busy Numbers (resulting from fax broadcasts) which will re-try all busy fax numbers another 7 times, after which, you will receive another report showing your new Job Number and any destinations which still could not receive the document.
